Powder Coating is the most durable and cost effective method of product finishing. As there is very little wastage during Electrostatic spraying and because Powder Coating emits zero or near zero Volatile organic compounds (VOC), it is also more environmentally and user friendly.
To name a few, Powder Coating is extensively used to coat items from Railings, Balustrades, Display Stands, Windows & Doors, Signage, Electronic Equipment, Audio, Conservatories, Vehicle Parts, Motorcycle Parts, Industrial & Farm Machinery Equipment, Medical Equipment & Furniture.
PRE-TREATMENT
All parts are washed in our Jetwash Front Loading Aqueous Degreasing/Washing machine, to degrease, remove contaminants and Pre-Treat metals using Iron Phosphate.
Why use Iron Phosphate? Iron Phosphate increases paint adherence and impact resistance along with improved flexibilty after cleaning and etching the surface prior to coating. The treated metal surface has the ability to stop progress of oxidation underneath the paint when damaged by an external impact.
At Breckland Finishing we've built our reputation on faultless production processes. We believe that this is the only way to ensure both first-class production standards and speedy, punctual delivery of top-quality goods to our clients.
